I posted these links on Diigo, but these talks are so inspiring, I wanted to make sure everyone had the opportunity to view and enjoy as much as I did.

  1. Thanks for posting the two video links. For me to start something from scratch and be 'creative' is nearly impossible. I was watching another video interview with a 'professional' creative person: Dr. Theresa Amabile (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEAl4hnp4UA&feature=youtu.be) and she, among other things, described how John Irving (one of my favorite authors) came up with ideas for his books, which are fiction. Thus, although the first video was quite inspiring and uplifting, the second video which had more of a step by step description was particularly helpful for me. Thanks, Randy.
btw, have you had any hurdles to get over in exploring your creativity? How have you dealt with any problems? Again, much appreciated:) #cmc11

  2. I think everyone has encountered their own set of problems adjusting to a MOOC. You will eventually discover your own learning style, just keep plugging away and absorb as much as you can from the readings and videos.
